President Donald Trump, Vice President Vance, members of Congress, Supreme Court, military, law enforcement, fellow citizens and patriots of the restored Republic of the United States of America. It is my sincere honor to deliver this address on the American Covenant. It is an important subject, especially fitting on this day, which marks the two hundred and fifty year anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
